Down’s syndrome was found in 1866 by John Langdon Down. Down syndrome is a condition of underdevelopment physical and mental development of human caused by the development of chromosomal abnormalities.

So, how down syndrome can occur?
Down syndrome can occur because of genetic abnormalities on chromosome called a mutation.
Substances that cause mutation are called mutagen. These mutagens that would change the composition of normal chromosomes become abnormal. This chromosome pair is formed by the failure of chromosomes to each other breakaway during cell division.
